By visiting this website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as the “User Agreement”), along with the terms and conditions stated in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change this User Agreement at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review this agreement periodically. Continued use of this site after changes constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified terms.

Description of Services

Affordable Ultrasound offers ultrasound imaging services. You are responsible for all necessary equipment and internet access to use this website.

Use of Website

By using this site and ordering services, you agree to the following:

a. You understand that all 3D/4D ultrasounds are limited diagnostic procedures. They are not used to evaluate fetal abnormalities and can only offer limited information such as estimated due dates. Any medical concerns should be discussed with your prenatal healthcare provider. Each ultrasound session is limited to 25 minutes. We use FDA-approved equipment maintained by the manufacturer or a certified biomedical engineering company.

b. You must be under a physician’s care to receive services.

c. You agree to the appointment scheduling and cancellation policies listed on this website.

Services Terms and Conditions

• These are limited diagnostic ultrasounds and not used for evaluating abnormalities.

• Due dates are estimates; results may vary due to fetal growth, abnormal fetal factors, and maternal health.

• No refund policy: Image quality and fetal positioning vary.

• 3D/4D ultrasounds are available from 14 weeks gestation.

• Sessions are limited to 20 minutes.

• No refunds for unused multi-visit packages after 35 weeks.

• Proof of prenatal care or authorization is required for certain packages.

• Groupon or Yelp discounts apply only Tuesday to Friday. Contact us for current restrictions.

By ordering or using services/products on this website, you agree to these terms.

Appointment Changes

You may change your service before or upon arrival. The original deposit will be retained.

Appointment Cancellations

You may cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened.

Refunds

Refunds are only given for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. There are no refunds after services are rendered.

Responsible Use and Conduct

You agree to use our website and resources only as intended, and in accordance with all laws and this User Agreement.

You agree:

• To provide accurate, current information.

• To maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

• Not to access resources via unauthorized methods.

• Not to disrupt or interfere with servers/networks.

• Not to copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute resources.

• That you are responsible for consequences of unauthorized use.

We may offer communication tools (comments, chats, forums, etc.). You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, explicit, or deceptive.

• Infringes on intellectual property rights.

• Contains spam or unauthorized advertising.

• Impersonates others.

We reserve the right to remove content we find offensive or in violation. You agree that we are not liable for failure to remove such content. Any content you post becomes our property, provided it doesn’t infringe on third-party rights.

You agree to indemnify Affordable Ultrasound and its affiliates from all losses and costs arising from violation of this agreement.

Privacy

Limitation of Warranties

Resources are provided “as is” and “as available” with no guarantees. We do not warrant that:

• Resources meet your needs.

• Resources will be error-free or uninterrupted.

• Information obtained is accurate.

• Issues will be resolved.

Downloads and use are at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of our site or services.

Termination of Use

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Texas courts.

Unless otherwise stated, Affordable Ultrasound disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
